Your BMI falls below 20: Under Weight

If your BMI exceeds 40: It is dangerously overweight.

A BMI greater than 40 is considered dangerously overweight and puts you in very high risk for diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure gall bladder disease, circulation issues and a few cancers. Losing some weight could help save your life.
